ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description: We are seeking an Administrative and Inside Sales Assistant for both of our locations to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We offer competitive hourly rates with partial payment of major medical insurance.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist with accounting functions including A/R and A/P
- Assist in keeping data bases up-to-date
- Inventory tracking and customer service representative
- Perform all other office tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administrative or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have training in office procedures and use of office equipment
- College degree preferred, but not required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of industrial/commercial equipment, compounds, and janitorial supplies

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Description: We are seeking self-motivated people to do repairs on industrial pressure washers and related equipment as well as delivering goods to customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance, installation or replacement of equipment
- Troubleshooting problems and creating estimates for repairs
- Preparing paperwork in a timely manner. This includes estimates, service orders, sales orders and service tickets
- Operating a fork lift
- Maintaining inventory and keeping stock on your service truck
- Taking orders over the phone and assisting customers who walk into the shop
- Delivering goods (including hazardous materials)
- Becoming familiar and knowledgeable of new equipment, accessories and detergents
- Making courtesy calls to promote service department
- Maintaining a clean working environment within the warehouse and service vehicles
- Performing other duties as directed
- Making a strong effort to be punctual and professional
Requirements:
- Some experience in small engine repairs
- Electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Good customer service skills
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must obtain a CDL license class C with Hazmat endorsement, no air brakes
- Navigational skills
